Serving the Crystal Coast
Hurricane screens in Carteret County.
Carteret County doesn't need reminding what a hurricane can do — Florence parked over the Crystal Coast in 2018 and homes from Atlantic Beach to Emerald Isle carry the memory. Wilmington Awning installs heavy-duty motorized hurricane screens that drop to shield your porch, patio, or outdoor kitchen from wind, rain, and flying debris, then roll out of sight the moment the skies clear over Bogue Sound.
Storm screening, Crystal Coast
Coverage that drops at the push of a button.
On a barrier island like Bogue Banks, the porch takes the first hit of anything the Atlantic sends ashore. A motorized hurricane screen turns that opening into protected space on demand — sealing out storm-driven rain and debris in September, then doing double duty against the glare on an August afternoon in Salter Path. Wilmington Awning measures, builds, and installs each system to the exact opening.
