Awning Shapes
Each shape tells a slightly different story. Here's how we usually pair them with the building.
The classic "shed" awning is the most popular choice in a welded frame. Spans a single small window or an entire storefront — even wraps around corners. Primarily used for shade, but the valance and body are natural homes for lettering, graphics, and logos.
Subtle flair for any residence or shop. Similar in shape to the shed, the curved frame is gently rounded at top and bottom — an ideal way to accentuate a single-door entry.
A distinctly different shape — often chosen for commercial applications. The framework turns corners cleanly, making it ideal to shade storefront windows and the sidewalk together.
Stylish elegance for an entryway. The quarter-sphere is most common; domes can also be elongated — essentially a convex with rounded side panels rather than flat ones.
