Awning Styles
Any home or business will stand out and be noticed when adorned with our fabric awnings. Each order is constructed according to customer specifications -- the size, style, fabric type, color, valance cut, optional appliqué, trim, and graphics. The vast majority of our awnings are sewn on-site. Our head seamstress has over 33 years of experience in the canvas industry. Her expertise with a wide range of projects and fabrics -- and items requiring repair -- ensure that your awning is professionally sewn.Use awnings to:
- Enhance the beauty of your home
- Expand your outdoor living space
- Draw attention to a business front
- Expand your business space
- Provide shelter from sun and rain
- Reduce energy costs
We offer galvanized and aluminum welded frames, heat-welded primary fabric seams (since 2005), UV-resistant thread, reinforced stress points, custom striping, and graphics. Choose from literally hundreds of fabrics, including vinyls in solid colors and stripes, back-lit vinyls, and woven acrylics in solids, stripes, and textures. Choose from several valance styles or design your own.
Let's see some examples...
Retractables
Ideal for your deck or patio, these awnings roll out to shade large areas as needed, and roll up when not in use. Especially stunning when made of striped acrylic fabrics, retractable awnings can be operated by a manual auger-style crank, or choose the motorized version which can be operated from inside your home. After our team of experienced installers has secured the framework, it is ready for your preferred electrician.

Shed
The classic "shed" awning is the most popular choice in a welded frame. Sheds can span a single small window or an entire storefront, even wrap around the corners of a building. Primarily utilized for shade, this versatile awning style can also act as signage for your business establishment. Lettering and other graphics can be placed on the valance, sides, and/or the body of the awning.

Convex
With a distinctly different shape that sets it apart from other awnings, the convex is often chosen for commercial applications. The framework for this style is conducive to turning corners, making it ideal to shade storefront windows as well as the sidewalk.

Curved
Here's a style that yields subtle flair for any residence or shop. Similar in shape to our shed awning, the curved frame is gently rounded at top and bottom. This style is an ideal way to accentuate a single-door entry.

Dome
Dome awnings provide a stylish elegance to your entryway. While the quarter-sphere is most often seen, domes can be elongated -- stretched, if you will -- until they become essentially a convex with domed, rather than flat, side panels.

Marquee
Popular for entrances, the marquee is an excellent choice for walkways at restaurants, hotels, condominiums, and health-care facilities. The front face of a marquee lends itself naturally to the placement of graphics. Consider your street number, business name, or logo.

Stationary Canopies
For your deck, outdoor restaurant seating, and permanent poolside shade, a canopy is a terrific choice. It can be completely free-standing with upright support posts, or attached to an exterior wall with front supports. Canopies are similar to sheds, but with the capability of projecting much further away from the point of installation.

Combinations
If you can imagine it, we can probably build it! This photograph of local restaurant "Henry's" shows a shed / marquee / dome. The basic awning attached to the building is a shed, from which a marquee extends, boasting a dome front.
